What We Offer
Three ways to experience a boudoir session.
-
Intimate, timeless, and entirely yours. We'll work together to find the mood and capture portraits that feel like a celebration of everything you bring to the table.
-
Boudoir can be deeply empowering. Maybe you’re looking to honor your body after a hard year, reclaim your sense of self after a major life change, or boost your confidence on the other side of something difficult. These sessions are grounded in whatever intention you set, and they can look however you need them to look.
-
Couples sessions are intimate, playful, and fun. Boudoir gives you and your partner a chance to be seen together in a way that's honest and special. Whether you're celebrating something specific or just want to document this season of your relationship, we'll create something that belongs to both of you.
My Process
Safe
It takes vulnerability to book and walk into a boudoir session. It requires a particular kind of courage on your part to even show up, to be seen, to trust someone you may have just met with something deeply personal. I don't take that lightly, ever.
Collaborative
Before we shoot, we'll have a real conversation. About what you're hoping to feel, what you're nervous about, what you want to walk away with. There's no script, no pressure, and no pose you're required to hold. My job is to create an environment where you can actually exhale, and then capture what happens when you do.
Spontaneous
These sessions are always an adventure. I'll offer direction when it's helpful and step back when it isn't. If something doesn't feel right, we adjust. If something unexpected happens that's more interesting than what we planned, we follow it. The best images from a boudoir session almost never come from the moments that were choreographed.
Organic
Sessions typically take place outdoors at a location meaningful to you, in your home, or at a Portland studio. We'll talk through what feels right for your family before we ever pick up a camera. Getting the setting right will help you feel more natural in the process.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Totally normal? But most people who book a session tell me afterward that they wish they'd done it sooner. You don't have to feel confident before you arrive — that's actually part of what the session is for.
-
Most people who come to me haven't. You don't need experience — you just need to show up. I'll handle the rest. The nervousness you feel walking in is completely normal, and it almost always dissolves within the first fifteen minutes once we're actually in it together.
-
I'll send you a full prep guide once you book, but in general: anything that makes you feel like yourself. That might be lingerie, a favorite shirt, a piece of jewelry with meaning, or nothing at all. We'll talk through your vision ahead of time so you feel confident about what to bring.
-
Yes, completely. Your images are never shared publicly, used in my portfolio, or shown to anyone without your explicit written permission. If you'd like to share your images and are open to them being featured, I'd be honored — but that's always and entirely your call.
-
Most sessions run two to three hours. That might sound like a lot, but it's intentional. The early part of a boudoir session looks very different from the end of one, once you've settled in and we've found our rhythm. Some of the best images come from the last hour, when everything relaxes.
-
I can connect you with trusted local artists who I love working with if you'd like to come in camera-ready. You're also welcome to do your own, or just come as you are. There's no wrong answer, and I'll never make you feel like you need to look a certain way to be photographed.
